The mother of a minor shall not execute a valid consent to the adoption of the minor or a permanent relinquishment of the minor prior to the birth of the minor.
Except as otherwise provided in this title, a permanent relinquishment or consent to adoption executed pursuant to the Oklahoma Adoption Code shall be irrevocable.
